Help create a peaceful, engaging Montessori learning environment. Support children as they build independence, confidence, and concentration. Partner with an experienced Head of School while developing your own Montessori practice. Observe children's growth and communicate professionally with families and colleagues. Model kindness, patience, and grace and courtesy throughout the day. Gradually take on increased leadership responsibilities as you prepare for your own classroom.
At least 12 ECE units (or are willing to complete them) Experience working with children ages 3–6 (preferred) A genuine interest in Montessori education A desire to pursue Montessori Primary (3–6) certification Strong organizational skills and a positive, professional attitude Patience, reliability, and a love of helping children become independent learners Montessori experience is a plus—but not required.
