About the role

Provide immediate medical care, practice and game coverage, and team travel support for student athletes. Responsibilities include pre-practice taping, bracing, and managing injury rehabilitation and documentation.

USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app This position will assist the athletic training department with sport coverage.

This position will directly work with UNH student athletes and will provide practice coverage, game coverage, team travel and other duties as assigned.

They will be responsible for pre practice taping, bracing and rehab as well as provide immediate medical care for teams during practices and games.

They are required to be BOC certified and have a current NH state license to practice Athletic Training.

They are considered essential staff.

Duties/Responsibilities 60% Practice and game coverage.

Team Travel 20% Injury prevention and rehabilitation 20% Documentation Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: Masters level athletic training and BOC certified Athletic Trainer Required Licenses & Certifications: BOC Athletic Trainer certification, NH state License, CPR and First aid certified Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Basic knowledge of athletic training.

Including taping, rehabilitation, documentation and other applicable skills.

Requirements

Requires a Master's level degree in athletic training and BOC certification. Candidates must hold a current New Hampshire state license to practice athletic training and be CPR/First Aid certified.
