The Assistant Varsity / Head JV Girls Volleyball Coach will assist with the oversight of the girls' volleyball program at Providence Cristo Rey High School. In conjunction with the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will help develop and implement strategies for individual player development, team success, and sportsmanship. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for coaching and mentoring student-athletes.
Previous experience playing and/or coaching girls volleyball at the high school level or higher. Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and game rules. Ability to work effectively with high school-age students and build positive relationships with athletes. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions. Must pass a background screen. First aid and CPR certification preferred.
