Market context
In Texas, experienced ABA Therapist and Registered Behavior Technician roles are commonly driven by ongoing demand for autism services in clinics, schools, and home-based settings. These positions can be competitive because employers often prefer candidates with prior autism experience and a related college degree, while pay and benefits such as PTO, medical coverage, holiday pay, and 401(k) match help distinguish offers.
