What You’ll Do As a Vocational Counselor, you are the bridge between untapped talent and local businesses. On a daily basis, you will:
Identify individual strengths and interests to craft customized, person-centered employment plans.
Navigate the
Journey: Lead clients through the full employment lifecycle—from resume building and interview prep to hands-on, on-the-job coaching.
