We are seeking an energetic, independent, and mission-driven Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) to join our team. You will work daily alongside individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, veterans, and those facing unique economic challenges to help them secure competitive employment and long-term self-sufficiency.

What You’ll Do As a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist, you walk alongside your clients from the first interview to their long-term career growth. On a daily basis, you will:
The Essentials (Requirements & Qualifications) To be successful in this role, you must meet one of our educational pathways alongside our standard technical and compliance criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
A valid Driver’s License, reliable personal transportation, and proper insurance coverage.
Ability to pass a standard drug screen and comprehensive background check (Federal, State, and County).
First Aid/CPR certification (can be obtained upon employment).
