The College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a passionate and student-centered Adjunct Faculty Member to teach and support courses within our medical curriculum. What you’ll do

Teach and facilitate courses within the College of Osteopathic Medicine curriculum, developing engaging course materials, maintaining a strong online presence, and providing timely communication and support to students and faculty.

Enhance student learning through innovative instructional strategies, continuously evaluating and implementing effective teaching methodologies to promote academic success and engagement.

Contribute to curriculum quality and continuous improvement, using assessment data and feedback to refine course content, instructional approaches, and student evaluation methods while participating in faculty development and required university training.

What we are looking for

Faculty should hold a graduate degree in Spanish and other experiences that provides evidence of mastery of Spanish and medical terminology. Doctoral degree preferred.

Must be familiar with innovative teaching methodologies and effective student evaluation methods.

Candidates located in Iowa are preferred; however, applicants from Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, or Indiana may also be considered.
