The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic knowledge of standards and processes within a narrow scope of work Ability to work with computers (PC or MAC experience required) Ability to work with Microsoft office programs- Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ability to work with a simulation center management application Ability to work in fast paced environment Ability to work flexible schedule (early mornings, late evenings may be required) Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working in simulation lab with manikins Excellent organizational skills and ability to think logically and follow directions Creativity and flexibility in designing innovative approaches to solving problems Commitment to utilizing simulation methodology in learning and its ability to transform nursing education Comfortable with technology, willing to learn. Education A high school diploma or equivalency is required. Experience 3 years of professional work experience.
Vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience is preferred. Health care and computers/technology experience is preferred. Experience in simulation-based education is preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Position & Application Details Part-Time Intermittent Positions (classified as intermittent and less than 30 standard weekly hours): This is a part-time, intermittent position (classified to work less than 30 SWH) that may be eligible for mental healthcare; retirement savings plan; wellbeing program; and prorated paid holidays and accrued sick time.
