The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping young children learn through play, build meaningful relationships, and develop the confidence and skills needed for future success.

What You'll Do: Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe and supported
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that encourage creativity, exploration, and school readiness
Foster children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, and group activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Collaborate with center leadership to provide an exceptional educational experience
Follow all Michigan childcare licensing requirements and health and safety standards
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred
Passion for early childhood education and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, patient, and positive attitude
Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
Competitive hourly pay of $15.50–$18 based on experience and credentials
