Market context

Part-time athletic roles stay locally competitive

In Washington, part-time Athletic Coordinator roles are often driven by school and youth-program needs that can vary by season, so openings may draw interest from candidates with youth sports or student supervision experience. These roles are competitive because employers want someone who is comfortable with children from kindergarten through middle school and can support safe, organized activities with a strong youth-development mindset. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then tailor your application to show hands-on experience leading kids in sports or recreation.
