The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is looking for an energetic and caring Toddler Teacher to help children build confidence, independence, and curiosity during one of the most exciting stages of early childhood development.
You'll guide toddlers through engaging activities, hands-on exploration, and daily routines that promote language development, social-emotional growth, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily classroom routines for children approximately 1–2 years old
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using play-based activities
Encourage language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional development
Support meals, diapering, toileting, transitions, and outdoor play
Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
Build positive relationships with children and their families
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
Follow all Wisconsin childcare licensing and health and safety requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Previous toddler or childcare experience preferred
Passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, patient, and positive attitude
Must meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements
