The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is seeking a compassionate and dependable Infant Teacher to provide exceptional care for our youngest learners. In this role, you'll create a nurturing, responsive environment where infants feel safe, loved, and supported as they reach important developmental milestones.
Working closely with families and fellow educators, you'll help establish daily routines that encourage healthy growth, exploration, and early learning.
Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive care for infants ages 6 weeks through approximately 12 months
Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Track developmental milestones and communicate daily updates with families
Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Previous infant classroom experience preferred
