In this role, you will contribute to developing customized vocational plans, instructing pre-vocational/vocational skills, facilitating community integration, providing job coaching, and maintaining collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. Your expertise in assessing clients' strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences will enable them to achieve their personal and employment goals.
As a Vocational Support Specialist, you will treat all clients, referral sources, stakeholders, and team members with dignity and respect while ensuring strict confidentiality. With flexible scheduling options, you will maintain adaptability in work availability, including evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Additionally, you will compile and review relevant medical, psychological, vocational, and educational records to create tailored programs addressing each client's unique circumstances.
