Early Childhood Education Teacher – Help Shape Young Minds
The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. We're looking for a Massachusetts EEC Certified teacher who believes every child deserves a joyful, engaging, and supportive learning environment where they can build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for future success.
Whether working with toddlers or preschool-aged children, you'll create meaningful learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth through purposeful play and hands-on activities.
Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
Build a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child feels valued
Encourage creativity, independence, collaboration, and problem-solving through play-based learning
Observe children's progress and communicate regularly with families
Work collaboratively with assistant teachers and center leadership to deliver a high-quality educational experience
Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards
Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required: Previous experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool program preferred
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
