The Learning Experience – Natick is looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated early childhood educators. We're seeking a Massachusetts EEC Certified teacher who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity, encourage independence, and prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond.
As a Preschool Teacher, you'll foster a positive classroom culture where children learn through purposeful play, meaningful relationships, and hands-on exploration while building the confidence and foundational skills they need for lifelong learning.
Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Support children's growth in literacy, math, science, social-emotional development, and problem-solving
Create a safe, organized, and welcoming preschool classroom
Encourage creativity, collaboration, and independence through hands-on activities
Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and progress updates
Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to maintain exceptional classroom quality
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required: At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool setting (1+ year preferred)
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
$24.00 per hour
Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
