Navigator Academy of Leadership Davenport is seeking a passionate, student-centered 4th Grade Math & Science Teacher to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in 4th Grade Mathematics and Science.
• Use student data to differentiate instruction and monitor academic progress.
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
• Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction.
• Collaborate with grade-level teammates, instructional coaches, and school leadership to improve student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate student records, communicate regularly with families, and participate in school events and professional learning opportunities.
• Support the school's mission, vision, and Leader in Me culture while modeling professionalism and high expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Florida Educator Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one) in Elementary Education (K–6).
• Strong knowledge of Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards and effective instructional practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and student success.
