About the Role

Park Schools Montessori is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our Pre-Primary (2-Year-Old) classroom. The ideal candidate is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate Montessori environment where toddlers can build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

As the Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing meaningful learning experiences while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori-inspired lessons and activities

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence

Support children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development

Observe, assess, and document each child's growth and developmental milestones

Establish consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance strategies

Prepare and maintain an organized, inviting, and developmentally appropriate learning environment

Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom experiences

Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and school leadership to ensure a high-quality learning environment

Maintain accurate classroom records, lesson plans, and student documentation

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and school policies

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred

Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a toddler, preschool, Montessori, or early childhood classroom

Requirements
