Aquatics Coaches are responsible for delivering swim lessons based on the Midtown curriculum to various age groups. They maintain aquatics areas and equipment while fostering a positive, healthy environment for members.
Midtown is looking for an Aquatics Coach to add to our first-class organization. The Position As an integral part of the aquatics team, our Aquatics Coaches inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention. They encourage active, social, and healthier lives by: Demonstrating professionalism, resilience, continued growth and optimism Build lesson plans based on the Midtown curriculum and teach to expectations Have excellent engagement skills to build trust and open communication Maintaining aquatics areas and equipment to promote positive member experience Provide availability to teach during Group Lesson times which may include: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 11:15am, Monday - Friday 3:45pm - 6:30pm, Friday 9:35am – 11:50am, Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm.
Have 2-years’ experience with a recognized swim school or 4 years competitive swim experience with a passion to work with children Has Knowledge and
Enthusiasm to teach
Group lesson for the following age groups: 6-months to 36-months, 3-year to 5 year, & 6-year to 12-year
