St. Anne's-Belfield School seeks to hire a full-time experienced, enthusiastic kindergarten assistant teacher in our Lower School for the 2026-2027 school year. Our Lower School offers a robust academic foundation. The ideal candidate is nurturing, responsive, flexible, and collaborative. Our Lower School faculty plan in a cross-curricular manner; develop activities to stimulate curiosity; build community within the classroom; implement our social curriculum; maintain a growth mindset, and build strong, trusting partnerships with families. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Previous experience working with young children Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability to pass background check
