What We’re Looking For Required: 18 years of age or older High School diploma or GED 24 credits in a child care-related field 4,160 hours of experience as an Assistant Teacher Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable with: Communicating clearly with children, parents, and team members Lifting children (up to 60 lbs) throughout the day Sitting, standing, crouching, and engaging at a child’s level Using child-sized furniture and being active in the classroom Staying on your feet or moving for extended periods
