The intercollegiate athletics program is an integral part of the university striving to achieve the same standards of excellence in athletics that exist within academic programs. Sport programs are a vital function of the University at large. This position is responsible for the assisting in the successful planning, direction and administration of all aspects of the University's NCAA Division I Program. Job Duties: Assist in developing, directing, and advancing a successful Division I Softball program. Coordination of needs for the program, including Skill Development, Practice & Game, Scouting Preparation Assist with operational duties in the program Assist in development of student-athletes Lead and motivate student-athletes to maximize their potential. Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, adherence, and commitment to all NCAA, Conference, State, and Institutional rules and regulations Assist with the cultivation of a team culture that ensures appropriate and acceptable student behavior. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred Combination of Division I collegiate Softball coaching experience preferred Knowledge of NCAA rules required Salary & Timeline: $9,000 for the duration Position Duration: September 2026 – May 2027 29 hours per week
