Oversee all aspects of the Club Wrestling program, including facilitating practice plans, teaching drills, and managing team dynamics. The coach is responsible for skill development for college students and ensuring safe sport sessions.
This position will oversee all aspects of the Club Wrestling program training. The coach will work with team captains to facilitate practice plans and teach drills. They will teach strategy, attend every practice, or competition, and the coach will help manage team dynamics. The coach will also work with the club’s executive board, who oversee all scheduling and fundraising efforts. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Club Sports and indirectly to all Campus Recreation professional staff members and sport club officers. The Club Wrestling team falls under Campus Recreation and is not associated with Athletics.

This is a part-time, temporary, non-unit, non-benefited position. Anticipate 4-6 hours/week

Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in coaching or participating in wrestling. Must obtain First-Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Borne Pathogen certifications within 90 days of hire.
