Position Overview The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs implement individualized treatment plans, collect behavioral data, teach communication and daily living skills, and support participants in reaching meaningful goals across home, school, and community environments.
This role requires compassionate professionals who are patient, dependable, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining professionalism and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do Direct Behavioral Therapy
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA.
Deliver engaging, play-based, and skill-building instruction tailored to each participant.
Reinforce positive behaviors while promoting independence and confidence.
Build trusting relationships with participants and their families.
