Position Summary

As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing developmental support and educational services to students with learning delays or disabilities. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate to facilitate progress in key areas of development. Your role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and implementing strategies to support students’ growth and learning.

Responsibilities: include:

Providing student support Planning a program of study that meets students' individual needs, interests, and abilities Adapting curriculum and lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles Classroom management Assessment and progress monitoring Consultation and collaboration with team members

Qualifications

State Department of Education Certification (Preferred) Teaching experience
