Position Highlights Location: Redmond, WA Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Schedule: Part-Time (.6 FTE), up to 22.5 hours per week School Year: August 24, 2026 – June 17, 2027 Setting: In-person, school-based Hours: Up to 7.5 hours per day, 3 days per week, based on the district calendar School Sites: Elementary School (.45 FTE) Elementary School (.10 FTE) STEM High School (.05 FTE)
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to determine students' educational needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in educational settings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills that promote educational success
