Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time ASL Interpreter for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, Washington. This is an in-person position working with a great and supportive school district. Qualifications

EIPA score of 4.0 or higher and passing the written performance test EIPA scores of 3.5–3.9 may also be considered Fingerprinting required prior to start School-based experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 interpretation for a student throughout the school day Facilitate communication between the student, peers, and staff Support access to curriculum and social interactions in the classroom Collaborate with the student’s educational team Benefits & Perks: Paid Sick Leave Healthcare Benefits
