• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do Work with Special Education/Exceptional Children's Team to implement accommodations, interventions, etc. according to student IEPs Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and coordinate with school teams What We’re Looking For MUST HAVE NCDPI LICENSE: from North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (in area of Exceptional Children's) - Permanent Teaching Licensure Must be able to show proof of college transcripts About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
