Market context

Arizona school OT roles stay competitive

In Arizona, Occupational Therapist roles in schools and pediatric settings are often competitive because employers typically want a current Arizona OTR/L license, an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, and experience working with children or in school-based care. Demand is usually strongest where districts need support for student services and related therapies. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly confirm fit, then have your license and clearance card details ready before applying.
