The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will design and implement comprehensive fitness and wellness programs for club sports and the general campus community. They will also supervise student employees, manage fitness equipment budgets, and provide educational seminars on health and wellness.
The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will serve as a fitness content expert and provide management and programming for an innovative, dynamic, and collaborative effort to promote a culture of integrated well-being.
This position will be responsible for continuing the growth, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive movement and exercise programs.
This position will serve as the primary strength and conditioning coach for 58 club sports and work closely with colleagues to market and evaluate movement experiences and programs.
This position provides direct supervision to a team of student employees.
The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach reports to the Director of Mueller Center, RecWell and Club Sports.

Expected hiring range: $62,354 / yr
The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials.
