Market context

Ohio preschool teacher roles stay consistently needed

In Ohio, preschool teacher openings are typically driven by ongoing demand for early childhood staff in childcare centers and preschool programs. This role is competitive because employers often prefer candidates with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and more experience, even when a high school diploma or GED and six months of teaching experience meet the minimum. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then highlight any classroom experience and early childhood coursework in your application.
