Do you enjoy connecting with young people and helping them grow into confident individuals?
We are looking for those who enjoy working with youth, can bring positive energy, and are ready to jump into a lively, rewarding environment.
You will be able to directly support migrant and refugee families who are building new lives in our community.
By offering educational support and enrichment, you help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically while giving parents the opportunity to learn English.
You must be at least 18 years old. As part of our commitment to safety, a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and national background check will be conducted, which includes a review of the sex offender registry and verification of social security number. The process includes an interview, reference checks and 1.5 hours of online training. We look forward to meeting you!
Market context
In Massachusetts, volunteer youth-enrichment roles often draw steady interest because they support after-school and community programs that rely on dependable adult helpers. These opportunities can be competitive when they involve background screening and training, since applicants must be 18 or older, complete a CORI and national background check, and finish the interview and reference process. On this platform, the job requirements and benefits are AI-summarized from the original posting, which can save you time when comparing roles; if you are interested, prepare references and complete the online training promptly.
