Position available: Elementary Resource Teacher
Position starts: Monday, July 27, 2026
7:45AM to 4:15PM, Monday thru Friday in keeping with academic schedule.
To provide on campus, classroom instruction for middle and/or high school students in a diverse, private school in Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities include: providing appropriate learning experiences for students across a range of cultural backgrounds; ensuring proper classroom etiquette and behavior; prepare and follow class appropriate Lesson Plans.
Communicating effectively with students and parents concerning students progress, working both independently and with the department team to ensure student success; strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Applicants must have one of the following; Previously Taught in a Florida Public or Private School for 3 or more years or; Bachelor's Degree (4 years from an accredited university)
/ COMPENSATION: Benefits and compensation include: Hourly $15.75 to $19.00, per hour Participation in 403(b) Retirement Plan is available immediately, upon hire Employer Matching Contributions towards Retirement Plan, after 1 year of employment Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Note: Health Insurance Benefits are not offered at this time
