The Learning Experience – Banning Lewis Ranch is looking for a nurturing, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team!

What We Offer: $18–$21/hour based on credentials and experience

As a Toddler Teacher, you'll help children approximately 12–36 months old build confidence, independence, communication skills, and a love of learning.
Create a safe, nurturing, clean, and engaging classroom. Maintain active supervision and required teacher-to-child ratios. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum and consistent daily routines. Support developmental milestones through purposeful play, language, music, movement, and hands-on learning. Follow all health, safety, diapering, sanitation, and licensing requirements. Build positive relationships with children and families. Communicate professionally with parents and team members. Maintain required classroom records and documentation. Work collaboratively with your teaching team and school leadership.
Previous toddler or early childhood classroom experience preferred. Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher preferred. EQIT preferred or willingness to complete. CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or willingness to continue professional development. Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain as required. Ability to meet all Colorado childcare licensing and background-check requirements. Ability to actively engage with young children throughout the day and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality.
