Job Description

We're looking for Paraprofessionals to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.

As a Paraprofessional, you’ll work at one of our year-round Manchester locations and gain hands-on experience within a structured school system. With intimate class sizes of 10 students or less, you can directly engage with and learn about a variety of psychological and neurological disabilities, ranging from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.

This is not a desk job. Our interactive work directly impacts the lives of our students. Whether you are assisting a client with daily living activities, improving relationship skills, developing coping mechanisms or teaching a subject, you will become a needed, trusted role model in this team-oriented position.

Qualifications

High School education or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Two (2) years practical experience working with children is preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum 21 years of age

Hours

7:00am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday, Year-Round.

Compensation

  • $20.00-$25.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education. What’s in it for you? Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines. 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3% Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
