About the role

The Graduate Assistant supports the Director of Operations in day-to-day tasks and the planning of special events and retreats. Additionally, the role provides administrative and instructional support to professors, including course preparation and grading.

Summary of Position

This position will serve the Director of Operations of STM to accomplish day-to-day tasks and event planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivery of STM special events and retreats
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned
  • Aid professors with course preparation (e.g. copies) and management (e.g. grading)
