The Instructional Aide supports the classroom teacher by providing small-group and individual instruction in literacy and mathematics. They are also responsible for supervising students during transitions, recess, and lunch while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Ability to foster a positive and respectful classroom environment. First Aid/CPR certification is preferred but not required. Must complete all Archdiocese of Seattle employment requirements, including a background check and Virtus training. Compensation Hourly pay is based on experience and Archdiocese of Seattle salary guidelines.
