Qualifications Experience working with young children in a school, childcare, or similar setting is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patient, dependable, and organized. Ability to foster a positive and respectful classroom environment. First Aid/CPR certification is preferred but not required. Must complete all Archdiocese of Seattle employment requirements, including a background check and Virtus training. Compensation Hourly pay is based on experience and Archdiocese of Seattle salary guidelines.
