What We Need: Seattle Pacific University is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Women’s Rowing team as a part-time Assistant Coach. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within NCAA rowing while playing a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and leading student-athletes toward competitive success. The Assistant Rowing Coach position supports Seattle Pacific University’s mission by contributing to a Christ‑centered learning and working community committed to academic excellence, service, and engagement with the world. $8,000 - $12,000 annually, DOE, 10 month appt Position Type: Part-Time, Exempt Hours: Approx. 10-12 hours per week; mornings preferred Start Date: Mid September End Date: Mid June Why SPU?
