About the role

The SLP will provide therapy and evaluations for a caseload of approximately 45 K-6 students with various communication disorders. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing IEPs within a school setting.

AnthroMed Education is hiring Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY) throughout Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.

We partner with school districts across the region to place clinicians in thoughtful, supportive environments where they can grow their skills, feel confident, and build a strong foundation for their careers.

Caseload Details: The selected SLP will support K-6 The caseload consists of a variety of communication disorders.

The SLP will be responsible for therapy, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team collaboration Caseload is approximately 45 students Why SLPs choose AnthroMed for their CFY Starting your CF can feel exciting and overwhelming, and support matters.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for or pursuing Delaware State SLP licensure Passion for working in school-based settings Strong collaboration skills and openness to learning and mentorship Open to new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Requirements
