Redlands Adventist Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Aide who is committed to supporting our Christ-centered educational mission. This position plays a vital role in assisting classroom teachers, providing supervision, supporting student interventions, and fostering a positive school environment. Key Responsibilities Assist classroom teachers with instructional support, classroom organization, and preparation of materials Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need academic reinforcement or behavioral redirection Deliver educational interventions and follow plans as directed by teachers and/or support staff Supervise students in a variety of settings, including the classroom, playground, lunch area, and school events Help maintain a safe, orderly, and Christ-centered classroom and school environment Model Christian character and values in words and actions, supporting the school's spiritual objectives Communicate respectfully and effectively with students, staff, and parents Assist with classroom displays, bulletin boards, and organization of student materials Attend staff devotionals, meetings, and trainings as required Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administration
A high school diploma is required, with some college or education experience preferred. Candidates should be committed to the Seventh-day Adventist Church mission and possess a nurturing attitude toward children.
