Lead a classroom of preschool-aged children (Ages 4 years to 5 Years) Teach Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) with a co-teacher Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers Communicate daily with families regarding their child's growth and development Complete lesson plans, classroom documentation, and assessments Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Coach and support assistant teachers and support staff Support center events, family engagement activities, and enrollment initiatives Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing, health and safety, and supervision requirements

Must be at least 21 years old Meet Colorado Early Childhood Teacher qualifications PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher preferred FOrmal Education, CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or related experience required Experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or Early Learning environment required CPR/First Aid Certification required Ability to lift, carry 50lbs, and actively engage with children throughout the day to include sitting on the floor
