School Psychologist | Redmond, WA | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Psychologists for full-time school-based opportunities in the Redmond, Washington area for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Highlights Location: Redmond, WA Position: School Psychologist Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Setting: In-person, school-based School Year: 2026–2027 Grade Levels: Preschool through High School (varies by assignment)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students' eligibility for special education services Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, timely evaluation reports Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health concerns Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans and positive behavioral supports Support crisis intervention and problem-solving efforts as needed Maintain accurate documentation and comply with federal, state, and district regulations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in School Psychology Valid Washington State ESA School Psychologist Certification, or willingness to obtain prior to the start of employment Strong assessment, consultation, and report writing skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities School-based experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits
