Provide customized one-to-one general Danish language training for a beginner student aged 65 and over. Conduct two-hour sessions once per week to help the student communicate with family in Denmark.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a Danish Teacher for one of our clients in Washington, United States. Reference ID: 1123881 Course Type: General Format: one-to-one Total Hours: 30 Session length: two-hour Location: We would prefer the trainer's office, Washington DC Student Level: Beginner Student Age Group: 65 and over Schedule: once per week, (Wednesdays work best. Morning would be first choice; afternoon second.) Start Date: 2026-09-02 Motivation: Our daughter and her family live in Denmark and we would like to be able to speak and understand Danish with family members when we visit. 🎯 Ideal Candidate Be a native Danish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter Have a valid work permit/visa Live within 20 miles of the specified location 💼 Conditions Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Freelance, part-time position We are not able to sponsor visas 📩 How to Apply If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our growing team, please submit: Your CV (with references, if available) Your availability Your earliest possible start date Please apply only if you meet the stated conditions.

Requirements
