Market context

School OT roles remain steady in New York

New York school-based occupational therapist openings are often driven by student support needs, special education caseloads, and district staffing gaps. These roles are competitive because employers usually look for a master’s degree, a current New York State OT license, and prior school-based or pediatric experience; the posted requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description, which can save you research time. If you are applying, confirm your license status and highlight pediatric or school-based interventions in your resume.
