Instruction & Curriculum Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Integrate technology and instructional resources to enhance student learning. Assess student progress through assignments, assessments, and classroom participation. Provide timely feedback to students to support academic growth. Classroom Management & Student Support Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior and classroom routines. Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. Address student challenges through positive interventions and supports. What are the required qualifications? Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Valid state teaching certification/license in relevant subject or grade level. Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom. Willingness to go through and pass the required clearances and training to ensure the safety and security of our children, including: mandated reporter training, a physical, and TB test. This can typically be accomplished within a Completed background check and clearance. Capacity for sitting, standing, walking, bending and stopping for long periods of time, as these happen throughout the eight-hour day.
