Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership.
K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive desired actions. Develop captivating and relevant email content, including copywriting and design, to ensure messages resonate with recipients. Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted email campaigns. Conduct A/B tests on various email elements to refine content and increase campaign effectiveness. Utilize email marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements. Oversee email list management, including maintenance, growth, and segmentation. Implement email marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to execute email campaigns successfully.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns and using email marketing platforms. Strong writing and copywriting skills with an understanding of email content optimization. Familiarity with email marketing analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation and A/B testing. Creative mindset and ability to create compelling email designs and layouts. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience with email marketing platforms, strong copywriting skills, and knowledge of A/B testing are required.
