About the role

The assistant coach provides support to the Track and Field program, reporting to the Director of Track & Field. Key duties include recruitment oversight, student-athlete retention, fiscal management, and scheduling.

I. University Overview

  • III. Job Summary
  • Malone University is seeking a qualified Graduate Assistant to provide support to the Malone University Track and Field program. The assistant will report to the Director of Track & Field and must adhere to the University, NCAA and Great Midwest Athletic Conference by-laws and guidelines.
  • IV. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include successful recruitment oversight
  • Development and retention of student-athletes
  • Fiscal management
  • Fundraising, and scheduling.

VI. Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree is required.

Strong organizational and leadership skills

A proven ability to recruit and develop student-athletes are preferred. A commitment to faith integration and character development is essential.
