The Physical Therapy Evaluator is responsible for scheduling and conducting in-person evaluations for preschoolers within the NYCPS CPSE framework. They must also score these evaluations and submit comprehensive written reports within a 10-day timeframe.
The Home and Community-Based Program evaluates preschoolers for special education for the New York City Public Schools (NYCPS) Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE). Physical Therapy Evaluations are one type of evaluation completed. Physical Therapy Evaluations are provided to children between the ages of 2.6 and 4.6.
