Instructor | Organizational Development & Learning Operations Inspire learning and growth—delivering impactful training that builds skills, knowledge, and organizational success. 💻 Work Style: Onsite / Hybrid 📍 Location: Leesburg, FL 🕒 FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) 🗓️ Schedule: Monday – Friday Develops and delivers instructional materials and lesson plans to support effective learning and skill development.

Assesses participant progress through evaluations and assignments, ensuring comprehension and the practical application of knowledge.

Manages the learning environment to foster engagement, participation, and a positive experience.

Provides individualized support to meet diverse learning needs while maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance.

Regularly updates curriculum content to reflect best practices and organizational needs, collaborating with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies.

Supports reporting and continuous improvement efforts to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

This position will service the Central Florida region, with potential travel to Gainesville, Jacksonville, St Johns and St Augustine.

Develops and delivers instructional materials and lesson plans to support effective learning Assesses student progress through evaluations and assignments to measure comprehension and application of knowledge Guides students in applying theoretical concepts in practical settings Manages the classroom environment to maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere Assists students with individual learning needs and provides additional support as needed Regularly updates curriculum content to ensure relevance and effectiveness Collaborates with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and instructional methods Monitors student attendance and performance for reporting purposes

Qualifications

5+ years - Instruction material development and delivery 3+ years - Student progress assessment 3+ years - Classroom management and discipline 2+ years - Curriculum updating and collaboration 2+ years - Attendance and performance monitoring

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in instructional material development and delivery. Additionally, they require several years of experience in classroom management, student assessment, and curriculum updating.
