Who We're Looking For We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with kids and want to make a positive impact.
  • You'd be a great fit if you: Enjoy helping others learn Have a strong foundation in math Communicate clearly and patiently Are responsible and dependable Love encouraging and motivating younger students Are currently in high school (16+) or college, or have a high school diploma Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. A Schedule That Fits Around School This role is designed to work around your school schedule.
  • Typical shifts include:
  • Tuesday &
  • Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30
  • PM
  • Wednesday &
  • Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30
  • PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00
  • PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM We're looking for tutors who can work 2–4 shifts per week, with Saturday availability strongly preferred. It's a great opportunity to earn money while balancing classes, sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities. Career Growth At Think Zone, many of our leaders started as tutors. Tutor Gain hands-on teaching experience while making a difference in students' lives. Lead Tutor Mentor newer tutors and take on additional leadership responsibilities. Assistant Manager Support daily learning center operations, help train new team members, and ensure a great student experience. Learning Center Manager Lead a team, oversee center operations, and help shape the learning experience for students and staff.

Requirements

Candidates must have a strong foundation in math and enjoy working with children. Applicants should be currently enrolled in high school or college, or possess a high school diploma.
