The teaching assistant will provide in-class and after-class support for AMC10 students, including grading assignments and facilitating communication with parents. They are also responsible for maintaining the learning environment, recording video explanations, and editing educational materials.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as Master's, or experience in AMC10 competition are highly preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate with team members and parents. Passionate about education, willing to help students achieve their potential. Responsible and responsive to facilitate remote work. Weekend availability is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
Flexible remote work Teaching Fee: $30/hour Non-Teaching Fee: $16-20/hour; Includes class preparation and after-class services such as grading homework, replying to parent messages, periodically giving feedback, etc.
